Ordering Online
To order online from the Express from Heaven
website follow these 5 simple steps.
- Click on the product code or name. This will
take you to the style and size guide.
- If you are happy with the colours and sizes
available, click 'Add to Cart'. This will add the selected product
to the shopping cart. From here you can select the colour and
size you are after.
- To add more items to the cart, click 'Contine
Shopping'. If you are happy with the selected products you may
proceed to checkout.
- Checkout will require some of your personal
details (fields that have an asterisk '*' are required before
you can proceed). Enter your credit card details and click 'Place
Order Now' ONCE ONLY. Clicking many times may send duplicate orders
through the system.
- Thats It! Australian orders can expect to
receive the items within 10 days of official receipt of your order.
International orders can take between 15 - 21 working days.
Delivery
Australia Only
We want your parcel to arrive swiftly and securely that is why we
deliver within Australia via registered post during normal business
hours. A signature is required at the point of delivery, if there
is no one present at the delivery address, a calling card will be
left, and your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office
or depot to be collected from there.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 48hrs
from receipt of your order, you should then allow between approximately
2-7 days for delivery, Australia wide. In brief you can expect to
receive your order within 10 days from official receipt of your
order.
In the event of goods being out of stock, we
will advise you of an alternative delivery date.

Overseas
We welcome overseas customers. Freight and
delivery charges are available on application-contact us. We deliver
via Air Mail to most destinations, and a signature is required upon
delivery, if not available, local postal guidelines apply.
Exchange & Return
Policy
We are committed to producing quality garments
and are very proud of the quality and fit of our range. However
we will happily exchange or refund, if you are not entirely happy
with your purchase, provided that:

21 days from receipt of goods. |
